Changing address before placing an order
The easiest time to change your delivery address is at checkout, before you pay. eBay lets you select from saved addresses or enter a new one during the purchase process.

Changing address after placing an order
Once you have paid, the process is trickier. eBay does not have a built-in tool to change the address after payment. Your best option is to contact the seller immediately through eBay messages and ask them to ship to the corrected address.
The sooner you reach out, the better. If the seller has not posted the item yet, they can usually update the address on the label.
eBay customer service cannot directly change a delivery address on an existing order. The seller must agree to make the change.
Once the item is in transit, you may be able to redirect it through the carrier's website (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc), though this is not always possible.
