Customize your Packaging to Suit You:
Corrugated outer packaging
This area can be a bit of a minefield with different styles, board grades and print types. In regards to styles, each one is related to a different number, called aFEFCO Code. These codes determine how the box is to be assembled. Different codes will be applicable to different industries and what particular product you are shipping. Procurapack can create near enough every FEFCO code through a vast supply chain, meaning any product requirement shouldn’t be off limits!
Solid board
Quote often used and seen on your supermarket shelves, solid board products are a lovely aesthetic to show your product. Think of your favourite craft beer or tea.
It’s also used for gift packaging with windows to show the product on the inside. You’ll have seen these around Christmas time, where you get a nice bottle and glass or your favourite sauces.
Like with corrugated products, you will have a GSM and type of paper used which can be advised based on the product.
Paper mailing bags
Show off your sustainability values with paper mailing bags. You can get these either open top to tape shut, a self seal strip or, if you’re feeling really economical, one of the best ways to reduce waste in this particular aspect, is to have a returnable self seal.
That doesn’t mean you are expecting returns, but does mean that the bag has the potential for other use down the line.
Plastic mailing bags
Procurapack has partnered with a manufacturer to provide fully recyclable plastic mailing bags.
Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. Stock sizes are available to be over printed for smaller MOQ’s.
Tissue Paper
Used either for aesthetic, protection or both, tissue paper can provide functionality and an opening experience. We have provided custom tissue paper to apparel, golf and gifting brands. Standard sizing is 750x500mm. Different GSM’s are available, and of course, you will have the chance to sample the base product prior to order.
Tape
Customising your packing tape is a great way to increase brand awareness. It also provides an extra security in shippingWe can offer 3 types of tape (gummed paper tape is available upon request):
