Branding options for double wall

Flexographic printing: zero structural impact, professional result
Branded tape: cheapest branding, no box modification
Large-format labels: flexible, changeable

Quick answer

Flexographic printing adds branding with zero structural impact. The B-flute outer layer of BC double wall provides a relatively smooth printing surface. Print your logo, handling instructions, and brand colours directly on the box. For lower volumes, branded tape or large labels provide branding without custom box printing. Die-cutting, perforations, or holes weaken the structure and should be minimised on heavy-duty boxes.

Maintaining strength

Ink adds negligible weight and zero structural change.

These weaken compression resistance.

Not on score lines or fold points.
