How to Return an ASOS Parcel

ASOS returns policy

ASOS offers returns within a set window from the date of delivery. The returns window and whether returns are free have changed over time, so always check the current policy on the ASOS website before returning items.

Step-by-step process

Log into My Orders, select Return Items, choose what you are sending back, and pick your reason.

Depending on your return method, you either print a label or show a QR code at the drop-off point.

The original delivery bag often has a second seal strip for returns. Reuse it to save finding packaging.

You must initiate the return through your ASOS account first to generate the return label or code.
