Cancelling as a buyer
If you have bought an item on Vinted and want to cancel, your options depend on whether the seller has already shipped it. Vinted does not have a simple "cancel" button, so the process involves communication with the seller or raising a request through the app.

To cancel on Vinted, message the seller before they ship and ask them to cancel the order. Once an item is shipped, you cannot cancel until it arrives. After delivery, you have about 2 days to raise an issue if the item does not match the description. Vinted does not offer cancellation simply because you changed your mind.
